1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Uni-Connect's services and website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

Uni-Connect provides premium educational consultancy, university placement, scholarship negotiation, accommodation hunting, and student visa (EMGS) assistance services for international students seeking to study in Malaysia.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide absolutely accurate, current, and complete educational and personal background information when consulting with our team or submitting applications through our platform. Any falsified transcripts or fraudulent passport documentation will immediately result in termination of service and potential reporting to relevant immigration authorities.

4. Limitation of Liability

While Uni-Connect boasts a near 100% success rate for placing eligible students, we cannot explicitly guarantee admission into any specific university, nor can we guarantee visa approval by the Malaysian Immigration Department. The final decision rests solely with the institution's admissions board and government authorities respectively. Uni-Connect shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from rejected applications or visa denials.

5. Service Modifications

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any portion of our services with or without notice. You agree that Uni-Connect shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
